• What we do: We will gather at our cozy meeting point. The Rinjani Ascent team will welcome you with a warm smile and a light, refreshing welcome drink to kickstart the day.
• The Vibe: Relax, chat with your fellow travelers, and enjoy a short, fun introduction to the history of local coffee before our easy walk begins.
🌱 08:30 AM – 09:30 AM | A Gentle Walk in the Coffee Garden
• What we do: We will step together into our beautiful, quiet coffee plantation.
• The Vibe: Surrounded by nature, you will see real coffee trees up close. Our friendly guide will show you how coffee grows from a tiny flower into a berry. You will learn the simple differences between coffee plants and even try hand-picking the bright red, ripe coffee berries right from the branches. It is a peaceful and highly Instagrammable experience!
🏭 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM | Discovering the Secret of Coffee Making
• What we do: We will visit the cozy coffee kitchen, also known as our processing center.
• The Vibe: Have you ever wondered how a colorful berry turns into the dry bean inside your coffee bag? Here, we will guide you through the steps of washing, drying, and roasting. You will get to smell the incredible, sweet aroma of freshly roasted coffee and see how heat brings out the flavors. It is simple, mesmerizing, and fun to watch!
